Commercial Construction Paint Value up to $100 000

Commercial Construction Paint Value $100 000 - $500 000

Commercial Construction Paint Value over $500 000

Entrants must demonstrate a high quality of work throughout the project.

Paint work should be:

Blemish free

No brush, roller marks, sags and runs

Adjoining surfaces must be clean

Judges will note, and witness:

Demonstration of WH&S processes.

Document control – how updates and design changes are managed

Stock Control - Were special order materials required? Was an onsite storage facility required?

Management of Sustainability – Was the project Green Star rated and are sustainable processes in place for wash up. Was a VOC footprint calculated on the project?

Degree of difficulty in application

Accessing hard to get to areas

Has a warranty been given?

Consideration will be given to:
